How To Purchase Shift4 Dine Demo Hardware

If you prefer using actual Shift4 Dine demo hardware, here's what you need to know:

• Demo hardware must be ordered through request and is not free.
• Demo units are non-refundable.
• Shift4 will charge the cost directly to our company. Payment/collection will be handled during the approval process below.
• Shift4 will automatically register your hardware to our company demo MID, but you'll still need to be added as a user to the Shift4 Customer Hub account and assigned a PIN to login.

How To Order & Approval process

Email both Mary Shayne (maryshayne@equippaymentsolutions.com) and Ryan Raymundo (ryan@equippaymentsolutions.com) with the following information:

Subject: Demo Equipment Request | (Name)

• Demo Equipment

• Shipping Address (including Zip Code)

• Phone number

Please use your Equip email.*

If the rep has an upcoming bonus, the hardware fee will be automatically deducted from the bonus.

If the rep does not have an upcoming bonus or residual payout to cover the cost of the equipment, a personal check is required. Payment must be received prior to the equipment being ordered.

Ryan will submit the Shift4 Demo Hardware Request form and will confirm once the demo order has been submitted.
